ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VII-1105-C.D.-2023.-<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Nota Recibida N\u00ba 233-C.D-2023, ingresada a este Concejo Deliberante con fecha 19\/09\/23; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Que en virtud de la mencionada Nota, el Sr. Gerente del Servicio de Transporte Urbano “El Merlino S.R.L.” ha solicitado un aumento de tarifas.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la solicitud se fundamenta en la situaci\u00f3n actual del pa\u00eds, y se considera razonable para superar los desaf\u00edos futuros y seguir brindando un servicio de calidad a la Villa de Merlo, teniendo en cuenta los costos operativos, insumos y otros aspectos necesarios para el funcionamiento del servicio.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que el \u00faltimo incremento autorizado, data del d\u00eda 06\/07\/23, mediante la sanci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 VII-1099-C.D.-2023.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se expresa a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: AUTORIZAR el siguiente CUADRO DE TARIFAS <\/strong>para el Servicio de Transporte P\u00fablico de pasajeros de nuestra Villa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Boleto General<\/td>——————<\/td>$200,00.-<\/td><\/tr>
– Boleto Pasajero Frecuente (M\u00ednimo 20 unidades)<\/td>——————<\/td>$160,00 c\/u.-<\/td><\/tr>
– Boleto Educativo \u00danico<\/td>—————–<\/td>$120,00.-<\/td><\/tr>
– Boleto para personas con discapacidad<\/td>——————<\/td>Sin cargo.-<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Sobre este art\u00edculo aplicar lo normado en el Art. 1\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 1159-C.D-2009<\/em><\/strong>.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>La Empresa Concesionaria del Servicio de Transporte P\u00fablico de Pasajeros, queda autorizada a solicitar la documentaci\u00f3n que acredite la calidad de estudiante, docente y personas con discapacidad.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 3\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>: DEROGAR <\/strong>en todas sus partes la Ordenanza N\u00b0 VII-1099-C.D-2023, sancionada con fecha 06\/07\/23.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 4\u00b0<\/u>: COMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE<\/strong>.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
