ORDENANZA N\u00b0 1086-C.D.-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO:<\/u><\/strong>                                 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Ordenanza N\u00b0 X-1037-HCD-2022, sancionada con fecha 03 de Marzo del a\u00f1o 2022; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que dicha norma estableci\u00f3 el per\u00edodo legislativo Ejercicio 2022.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que en su Art\u00edculo 1ro determina que el actual Per\u00edodo Legislativo 2022, finaliza el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de Diciembre de 2022.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que fijar Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria obliga al Concejo a tratar estrictamente los temas para los cuales se convoca no pudiendo agregar ninguno m\u00e1s.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se establece a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong> PRORROGAR <\/strong>el actual Per\u00edodo Legislativo A\u00f1o 2022, hasta el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 15 de diciembre del cte., oportunidad en la cual se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria a partir de las 17.00 hs.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 2\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong> ENVIAR<\/strong> copia de la presente al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, y a todos los interesados para su toma de conocimiento.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
