ORDENANZA N\u00b0 IX-1084-C.D.-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n El ingreso de la Nota Recibida N\u00ba 382-C.D.-2022, de fecha 17.11.2022, y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Que la misma fue remitida por el Sr. Intendente Municipal Dr. Juan \u00c1lvarez Pinto de la Villa de Merlo, elevando en el marco de la Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-0960-C.D.-2020, Convenio suscripto con la Empresa Legroup S.A., para su conocimiento y homologaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que este Convenio se refiere al pago del juicio de expropiaci\u00f3n de la Reserva El Viejo Molino; la devoluci\u00f3n de garant\u00eda del r\u00e9gimen de ejecuci\u00f3n diferida de redes de infraestructura y convenio de ejecuci\u00f3n de obras de la Mza. 213.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que iniciado el tratamiento del pedido este C.D. solicit\u00f3 al Sr. Intendente Municipal mediante Nota Emitida N\u00b0 288-C.D.-2022, de fecha 24.11.2022, que produjese informe sobre distintos aspectos vinculados al Convenio.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que con fecha 30.11.2022, mediante el ingreso de la Nota Recibida N\u00b0 411-C.D.-2022, el Sr. Intendente explica pormenorizadamente los aspectos requeridos en la N.E. mencionada en el considerando anterior.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que por todo ello se resuelve conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se dispone.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n POR TODO ELLO EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 1\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>: HOMOLOGAR, <\/strong> en todas sus partes el Convenio realizado entre la Municipalidad Villa de Merlo y la Empresa LEGROUP S.A., titulado: \u201cDEVOLUCION DE GARANTIA DE REGIMEN DE EJECUCION DIFERIDA DE LAS REDES DE INFRAESTRUCTURA LEGROUP, CONVENIO DE EJECUCION DE OBRAS MANZANA 213 Y PAGO DE JUICIO DE EXPROPIACION RESERVA EL MOLINO, de fecha 24 de Agosto de 2022.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong> Derogar los art\u00edculos, 3\u00b0, 4\u00b0, 5\u00b0 y 6\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 VIII-0960-HCD-2020, sancionada con fecha 17 de diciembre de 2020.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u>:<\/strong> COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, REGISTRESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n CONVENIO LEGROUP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8,316,10],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8725","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-ordenanza","category-ordenanzas-2022","category-poder-ejecutivo"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8725","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=8725"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8725\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10664,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8725\/revisions\/10664"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8725"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=8725"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=8725"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
