ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VII-1078-C.D.-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cACTUALIZA MONTOS DE CONTRATACI\u00d3N\u201d<\/u><\/em><\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Ordenanza N\u00b0 Vll-1027-HCD-2020, referente a los montos para las contrataciones y compras a realizar por la Municipalidad de la Villa de Merlo; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que es necesario adecuar los montos de la compra directa y cuando se tratare de gastos sujetos a las disposiciones de la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 Vlll- 0257-2004 (5456) de Obras P\u00fablicas.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR TODO ELLO EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>: FIJAR <\/strong>a partir de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la presente, los siguientes montos para las contrataciones y compras a realizar por la Municipalidad de la Villa de Merlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. CONTRATACION O COMPRA DIRECTA: cuando el monto no exceda la cantidad de VEINTIUN MIL (21.000) Unidades de Valor.-<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. CONCURSO DE PRECIOS: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre la cantidad de VEINTIUN MIL UNA (21.001) Unidades de Valor y SESENTA Y TRES MIL (63.000) Unidades de Valor.-<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. LICITACION PRIVADA: cuando  las operaciones  est\u00e9n comprendidas  entre la cantidad de SESENTA Y TRES MIL UNA (63.001) Unidades de Valor y CIENTO VEINTISEIS  MIL (126.000) Unidades de Valor.-<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    d. LICITACION PUBLICA: cuando el monto de la operaci\u00f3n exceda la cantidad de y CIENTO VEINTISEIS MIL UNA (126.001) Unidades de Valor.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARTICULO 2\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>Cuando se trate de gastos sujetos a las disposiciones de la Ley Provincial Vlll-257-2004 (5456 R) de Obras P\u00fablicas, los importes ser\u00e1n los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a. CONTRATACION O COMPRA DIRECTA: cuando el monto no exceda la cantidad de CINCUENTA MIL (50.000) Unidades de Valor.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    b. CONCURSO DE PRECIOS: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre las cantidades de CINCUENTA MIL UNA (50.001) Unidades de Valor y  CIEN MIL (100.000) Unidades de Valor.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    c. LICITACION PRIVADA: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre la cantidades de CIEN MIL UNA (100.001) Unidades de Valor y CIENTO OCHENTA MIL (180.000) Unidades de Valor.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    d. LICITACION PUBLICA: cuando el monto de la operaci\u00f3n exceda la cantidad de CIENTO OCHENTA MIL UNA (180.001) Unidades de Valor.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARTICULO 3\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>Establecer cada Unidad de Valor mencionada en la presente en el valor resultante a 1 litro de nafta s\u00faper del mayor octanaje calculados al momento de realizar la operaci\u00f3n (YPF).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARTICULO 4\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>Para el supuesto de que las ofertas entre proveedores de distintos lugares coincidan, deber\u00e1 priorizarse al proveedor local.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARTICULO 5\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>La presente norma comenzara su vigencia el d\u00eda 01 de enero de     2023 y continuar\u00e1  vigente si no se registrare  modificaciones en las cantidades de U.V..-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARTICULO 6\u00b0:<\/u><\/strong> DEROGAR <\/strong>en todas sus partes la Ordenanza N\u00b0 Vll-1027-HCD- 2021, <\/strong>a partir del d\u00eda 01 de Enero 2023.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARTICULO 7\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>: COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, REGISTRESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
