ORDENANZA N\u00b0VII-1062-C.D.-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n La presentaci\u00f3n efectuada por el Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Taxis de la Villa de Merlo (S.L.); y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Que a trav\u00e9s de la Nota Recibida N\u00ba 272-C.D-2022, con fecha 29\/08\/22, los taxistas de nuestra Villa a trav\u00e9s de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Taxis, solicitan un incremento de emergencia en sus tarifas, por el aumento que a su vez han tenido de sus insumos indispensables.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que tratado el tema en la Comisi\u00f3n respectiva de \u00e9ste C.D., se resolvi\u00f3 que no se pueden desconocer los argumentos dados por la Asociaci\u00f3n por lo que, sin perjuicio que el \u00faltimo incremento otorgado a este sector data del d\u00eda 19\/05\/22 mediante Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-1048-C.D-2022, se concluye que puede hacerse lugar a lo solicitado.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que por todo ello se dispone conforme lo que a continuaci\u00f3n se establece. –<\/p>\n\n\n\n POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: AUTORIZAR, <\/strong>el siguiente Cuadro de Tarifas a aplicar por los prestadores del Servicio de Taxis de nuestra Ciudad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n EN ZONA URBANA (TARIFA 1)<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n EN RUTA (TARIFA 2)<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n HORA DE ESPERA<\/u><\/strong>: ESTABLECER, <\/strong>que el valor del rubro-servicio \u201cHORA DE ESPERA\u201d, se fija en el valor de 120 fichas, seg\u00fan la zona correspondiente (urbana o en ruta).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: DEROGAR, <\/strong>en todas sus partes la Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-1048-C.D-2022, de fecha 19\/05\/22.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 3\u00ba: <\/u><\/strong>COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, REGISTRESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n AUTORIZA TARIFA DE TAXIS<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[20,8,316],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8375","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-hacienda","category-ordenanza","category-ordenanzas-2022"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8375","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=8375"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8375\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10801,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8375\/revisions\/10801"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8375"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=8375"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=8375"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}\n
