ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VIII-1047-HCD-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n La Nota Recibida N\u00ba 093-HCD-2022 de fecha 13.04.2022, ingresada a este Honorable Concejo Deliberante; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Que a trav\u00e9s de la misma un grupo de vecinos remiten solicitud sobre nombre de Calle situada en Cerro de Oro con datos catastrales 00.05.000163.00000200000 (Secci\u00f3n 5, Manzana 168, Parcela 2).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que en el pedido los vecinos solicitan que dicha Calle cuente con un nombre y proponen \u201cTRAMONTANA\u201d.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que con fecha 28.04.2022, el Concejo remiti\u00f3 a la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro Municipal la Nota Emitida N\u00b0 063-HCD-2022, solicitando a su titular si el nombre ya exist\u00eda y dem\u00e1s requerimientos que se formulan en estos temas.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro Municipal, contest\u00f3 con fecha 12.05.2022, mediante la Nota Recibida N\u00b0 121-HCD-2022, informando que el nombre propuesto es viable y se encuentra disponible.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que el Concejo considera razonable el pedido, atento a que se trata de una calle nueva, la que a la fecha carece de designaci\u00f3n de nombre seg\u00fan informe solicitado a la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro Municipal.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: DESIGNAR <\/strong>con el nombre de: \u201cTRAMONTANA\u201d, <\/strong>a la Calle P\u00fablica que responde catastralmente 00.05.000163.00000200000 (Secci\u00f3n 5, Manzana 168, Parcela 2), de Cerro de Oro.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 2\u00b0<\/u><\/strong>: ORDENAR,<\/strong> la incorporaci\u00f3n del nombre designado precedentemente en el Nomenclador de Calles Municipal (Ordenanza N\u00ba VIII-0489-HCD-2012).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong> COMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE<\/strong>.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n TRAMONTANA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8,316,9],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8113","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-ordenanza","category-ordenanzas-2022","category-planeamiento-urbano"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8113","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=8113"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8113\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10844,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8113\/revisions\/10844"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8113"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=8113"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=8113"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
