ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VI-1044-HCD-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Ley Provincial N\u00b0 I-0835 de fecha 03 de abril de 2013, y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que por N.R. N\u00b0 070\/22, del 29-03-2022; la Directora de Pol\u00edticas en Discapacidad de la Municipalidad, solicita la Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 I-0835\/13 \u201cLibre acceso de personas con perros gu\u00edas o de asistencia\u201d.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que teniendo en cuenta adem\u00e1s la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 26.858 \u201cDerechos de acceso, deambulaci\u00f3n y permanencia\u201d ambas tienen por objeto asegurar el acceso a los servicios de transporte p\u00fablicos, de toda persona con discapacidad, acompa\u00f1ada por un perro gu\u00eda o de asistencia.- <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que se pretende posibilitar la inclusi\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad en la vida social, brind\u00e1ndoles una mayor igualdad de oportunidades.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que por todo ello, se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba<\/strong>.- ADHERIR <\/strong>en todas sus partes a la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 I-0835, sancionada el 03 de abril de 2013; \u201cLibre acceso de personas con perros gu\u00edas o de asistencia\u201d.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
