Villa de Merlo, San Luis, 17 de Marzo  de 2022.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VIII-1040-HCD-2022<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                 La Nota Recibida N\u00b0 035-HCD-2022, ingresada con fecha 03.03.2022; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                 Que a trav\u00e9s de la N.R. mencionada en el visto, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de la Municipalidad Villa de Merlo eleva a este H.C.D. solicitud de homologaci\u00f3n y aceptaci\u00f3n de donaciones efectuada ante la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro Municipal.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Que mediante Acta de Donaci\u00f3n de fecha 17.02.2022, certificada por la Escribana P\u00fablica Titular del Registro Notarial N\u00b0 26, Mar\u00eda Cristina Chada, el Sr: IVAR EDUARDO FERNANDEZ, M.I. N\u00b0 12.338.918, por derecho propio, en su car\u00e1cter de propietario del inmueble que en la parte dispositiva de \u00e9sta norma se individualiza, realiza donaci\u00f3n expresa de este para equipamiento urbano.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que la Ordenanza N\u00b0 VIII-1020-HCD-2021, (Banco Municipal de Tierras e Inmuebles), en su Art. 7\u00b0 regula el ingreso de inmuebles al peculio Municipal.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD  VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O R D E N A N Z A<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: ACEPTAR Y HOMOLOGAR, <\/strong> la Donaci\u00f3n efectuada mediante Acta de Donaci\u00f3n de fecha 17.02.2022, certificada por la Escribana P\u00fablica Titular del Registro Notarial N\u00b0 26, Mar\u00eda Cristina Chada, por el Sr: IVAR EDUARDO FERNANDEZ, M.I. N\u00b0 12.338.918, respecto del inmueble ubicado en Ruta Provincial N\u00b0 05, Calle Marqu\u00e9s de Sobremonte, Calle Cacique Yanquetruz, Calle Los Cha\u00f1ares y Calle Igualdad, de esta Villa de Merlo, que se identifica como Secci\u00f3n 07, Manzana 09, Parcela 16, del Plano de Mensura y Divisi\u00f3n confeccionado por el Ingeniero Agrimensor Luis E. Ibarra, bajo el N\u00b0 6\/147\/21,  Padr\u00f3n N\u00b0 1071497, Rec. 13 de Merlo. La superficie donada es de 6684,77 mts.2.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: FACULTAR Y ENCOMENDAR <\/strong>al DEM la realizaci\u00f3n de la pertinente escritura traslativa de dominio a fin de inscribir registralmente el inmueble cedido a nombre de la Municipalidad de Merlo San Luis, y gestionar las exenciones impositivas provinciales correspondientes.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>Solicitar al DEM incorpore al Registro del Banco de Tierras e Inmuebles, creado por la Ordenanza N\u00b0 VIII-1020-HCD-2021, el inmueble objeto de la presente norma.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
