ORDENANZA X-0978-HCD-2021<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cEstablecer Periodo Legislativo A\u00f1o 2021\u201d<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n VISTO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n La necesidad de establecer el Per\u00edodo Legislativo A\u00f1o 2021; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Que es menester fijar el d\u00eda de inicio y de cierre del Per\u00edodo Legislativo de este H.C.D. para el pr\u00f3ximo A\u00f1o 2021.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que asimismo resulta adecuado en esta Ordenanza establecer los d\u00edas de Sesiones Ordinarias y el horario para la realizaci\u00f3n de las mismas.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se expresa a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: ESTABLECER, <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias de \u00e9ste H.C.D. para el A\u00f1o 2021, iniciar\u00e1n el d\u00eda Lunes 01 de Marzo con la Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Apertura de Sesiones y continuar\u00e1 con las Sesiones Ordinarias habituales desde el 02 de Marzo y finalizando el d\u00eda Viernes 10 de Diciembre del respectivo a\u00f1o.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: ESTABLECER <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias para el A\u00f1o 2021, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los d\u00edas Jueves a las 18.00 Hs.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: ESTABLECER <\/strong>que el receso invernal de dos (2) semanas, ser\u00e1 coincidente con el receso escolar fijado por la Provincia de San Luis.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 4\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: DEROGAR,<\/strong> toda aquella norma que se oponga a la presente.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 5\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, REGISTRESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cESTABLECER PERIODO LEGISLATIVO A\u00d1O 2021\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8,296,12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6094","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-ordenanza","category-ordenanzas-2021","category-poder-legislativo"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6094","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=6094"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6094\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":10988,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6094\/revisions\/10988"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6094"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=6094"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=6094"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}ORDENANZA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
