\nVISTO: <\/u><\/strong>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>La Nota N\u00ba 97\/95 DEM, firmada por el Sr. Intendente Municipal Dr. Julio Falco y la Secretaria de Gobierno, Sra. Amanda B. de Franzzini, y:
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>
\nCONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Que en dicha nota se solicita la homologaci\u00f3n del Convenio firmado entre la Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas y la Municipalidad de Merlo, (S.L.), el d\u00eda treinta y uno de mayo del a\u00f1o mil novecientos noventa y cinco.-
\nQue pro medio de dicho Convenio se concreta el otorgamiento de Recursos extraordinarios conferidos por la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 5022\/95.-
\nPOR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE MERLO (SAN LUIS) EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n
