MODIFICAR FONDO DE CONCIENTIZACI\u00d3N Y CAPACITACI\u00d3N AMBIENTAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 19 de Diciembre de 2019.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VI-0922-HCD-2019<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMODIFICAR FONDO DE CONCIENTIZACI\u00d3N Y CAPACITACI\u00d3N AMBIENTAL\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>VISTO: <\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La Ordenanza N\u00ba VI-0721-HCD-2016 que crea un fondo de Concientizaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n Ambiental del dinero proveniente por la aplicaci\u00f3n de infracciones del tipo ambiental; y<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Que el dinero que recaude este fondo tiene una finalidad que desde la Secretaria de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental y Desarrollo Sustentable vemos importante invertir, seg\u00fan el esp\u00edritu que tuvo la legislaci\u00f3n al momento de ser aprobada.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Que los valores que el fondo recauda no son suficientes para cumplir con los objetivos que nos hemos propuesto desde la Secretaria.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD&nbsp;
