ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VII-0913-HCD-2019<\/u><\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cACTUALIZA EL FONDO MIRLO\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n La Ordenanza VII-0152-HCD-2009, (1194) de Creaci\u00f3n del Fondo Mirlo; y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Que es necesaria la actualizaci\u00f3n del Fondo Mirlo, por cuanto es de inter\u00e9s de toda la Comunidad preservar, continuar y fortalecer el funcionamiento de nuestro Centro de Educaci\u00f3n Especial Mirlo.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que surge del an\u00e1lisis que se realiza del \u00e1rea de la Secretaria de Hacienda y Modernizaci\u00f3n donde para el periodo 2019 el monto que recaudo el Fondo, no llego a compensar el 10% del total del presupuesto de esa Instituci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que la \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n producida con esta finalidad data del 7 de Diciembre del 2017, mediante la Ordenanza N\u00b0 801-HCD-2017 (FE DE ERRATAS).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> INCREMENTAR <\/strong>a partir del periodo 2020el Fondo establecido en el Art.1\u00ba de la Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-0152-HCD-2009, (1194), fijando el mismo en un adicional mensual del 2% para los valores b\u00e1sicos de las Tasas de Seguridad e Higiene y la de Servicio a la Propiedad.
