ORDENANZA N\u00b0 X-0899-HCD-2019<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cESTABLECER PERIODO LEGISLATIVO A\u00d1O 2020\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISTO<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                   La necesidad de establecer el Per\u00edodo Legislativo A\u00f1o 2020; y: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                   Que es menester fijar el d\u00eda de inicio y de cierre del Per\u00edodo Legislativo de este H.C.D. para el pr\u00f3ximo A\u00f1o 2020.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                   Que asimismo resulta adecuado en esta Ordenanza establecer los d\u00edas de Sesiones Ordinarias y el horario para la realizaci\u00f3n de las mismas.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

               Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se expresa a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD  VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDENANZA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: ESTABLECER, <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias de \u00e9ste H.C.D. para el A\u00f1o 2020, iniciar\u00e1n el d\u00eda Lunes 02 de Marzo y finalizar\u00e1n el d\u00eda Jueves 10 de Diciembre del respectivo a\u00f1o.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: ESTABLECER <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias para el A\u00f1o 2020, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los d\u00edas  Jueves a las 18.00 Hs.-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u>: ESTABLECER <\/strong>que el receso invernal de dos (2) semanas, ser\u00e1 coincidente con el receso escolar fijado por la Provincia de San Luis.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c<\/em><\/strong>ESTABLECER <\/em><\/strong>que el receso invernal para este H.C.D., ser\u00e1 desde el Lunes 13 hasta el Viernes 24 de Julio de 2020.- X-0930\/20<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTICULO 4\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>DEROGAR,<\/strong>  toda aquella norma que se oponga a la presente.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
