{"id":4744,"date":"2020-07-29T14:33:06","date_gmt":"2020-07-29T17:33:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/?p=4744"},"modified":"2021-09-21T12:21:18","modified_gmt":"2021-09-21T15:21:18","slug":"4744-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2020\/07\/29\/4744-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VII-0887-HCD-2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">DEROGADA POR ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VIII-0898-2019<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 29 de Agosto de 2019.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00b0 VII-0887-HCD-2019<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nLa presentaci\u00f3n efectuada por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Propietarios de Taxis de la Villa de Merlo (S.L.); y:<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que a trav\u00e9s de la misma, (que obra ingresada a \u00e9ste Cuerpo como Nota Recibida N\u00ba 443-HCD-2019, con fecha 20.08.2019), los taxistas de nuestra Villa a trav\u00e9s de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Taxis, solicitan un incremento de tarifas, por el aumento que a su vez han tenido de sus insumos indispensables.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que tratado el tema en la Comisi\u00f3n respectiva de \u00e9ste H.C.D.,\u00a0 se resolvi\u00f3 que no se pueden desconocer los aumentos producidos del costo de vida, debiendo tener en cuenta que el \u00faltimo incremento otorgado a este sector, data del d\u00eda 13 de Diciembre del a\u00f1o 2018, mediante Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-0864-HCD-2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: AUTORIZAR, <\/strong>el siguiente Cuadro de Tarifas a aplicar por los prestadores del Servicio de Taxis de nuestra Ciudad:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>EN ZONA URBANA<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong>: $ 45,00.- (cuarenta y cinco pesos), hasta los 100 metros-<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS (ZONA URBANA)<\/u><\/strong>: $2,75.- (dos pesos con setenta y cinco centavos), por cada 100 m. (cien metros), que se registren luego de los 100 metros-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>EN RUTA<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong>: $45,00.- (cuarenta y cinco pesos).-<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS<\/u><\/strong>: $2,25.- (dos pesos con veinticinco cvos.), por cada 100 m.
