{"id":4581,"date":"2016-02-29T14:12:09","date_gmt":"2016-02-29T17:12:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar.j8a.com.ar\/?p=225"},"modified":"2016-02-29T14:12:09","modified_gmt":"2016-02-29T17:12:09","slug":"225-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2016\/02\/29\/225-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CREA JUNTA LOCAL DEFENSA CIVIL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right\">Merlo, SL, 27 de Junio de 1980<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u00a0<strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba 209-IM-1980<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nLa Ley Provincial N\u00ba 3512, Reglamentada por Decreto N\u00ba 2419, y:<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nQue el Art. 5\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 3512, determina que el Intendente Municipal dentro de su jurisdicci\u00f3n territorial tendr\u00e1 la misma responsabilidad que la establecida en el Art. 1\u00ba, debiendo cumplir las directivas e instrucciones que se le impartan.-<br \/>\nQue los Arts. 15 al 17 y 19 de la Ley 3512 y el Decreto Reglamentario N\u00ba 2419-G-76, los Arts. 16 al 19 establecen: \u201cQue el Intendente Municipal ser\u00e1 asistido por la Junta Municipal de Defensa Civil\u201d.-<br \/>\nQue la Junta ser\u00e1 presidida por el Intendente Municipal e integrada por funcionarios municipales, representantes de organismos oficiales y dirigentes de entidades privadas cuyas actividades y facultades tengan vinculaci\u00f3n con la Defensa Civil.-<br \/>\nQue las Ordenanzas y otras disposiciones sobre Defensa Civil que se dicten en el Municipio deben establecer las responsabilidades y facultades de las autoridades comunales.-<br \/>\nQue los Municipios solventar\u00edan sus gastos, sin perjuicio que el poder Ejecutivo Provincial incremente los fondos en la forma, oportunidad y cantidad que las necesidades aconsejen.-<br \/>\nPor ello:<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE MERLO (SAN LUIS),<\/strong> <strong>\u00a0SANCIONA \u00a0Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Constituyese la Junta Local de Defensa Civil, la que quedar\u00e1 integrada de la siguiente forma:\n<ul>\n<li><u>PRESIDENTE:<\/u> Intendente Municipal,<\/li>\n<li><u>SECRETARIO:<\/u> Secretario de Gobierno y Servicios P\u00fablicos Municipal,<\/li>\n<li><u>COORDINADOR:<\/u> Secretario de Gobierno y Servicios P\u00fablicos Municipal;<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO DE VIGILANCIA, ALARMA Y ORDEN:<\/u> Encargado Comisar\u00eda N\u00ba 8,<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO DE COMUNICACIONES:<\/u> Jefe Encotel,<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO ASISTENCIA SANITARIA:<\/u> Director Dispensario,<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA SOCIAL:<\/u> Inspector Sanitario Municipal,<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO CONTRA INCENDIO:<\/u> Jefe Bomberos Voluntarios,<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO DE INGENIER\u00cdA:<\/u> Secretario de Hacienda y Obras P\u00fablicas,<\/li>\n<li><u>SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE:<\/u> Inspector General Municipal.-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Para el funcionamiento de a Junta se deber\u00e1 hacer elaborar convenios de ayuda mutua, planes de emergencias y cualquier otra documentaci\u00f3n que sea necesaria.-<\/li>\n<li>Los Se\u00f1ores Vocales Jefes de los Servicios de la Junta Local de la Defensa Civil, proceder\u00e1n a organizar e instruir el Personal de sus respectivos servicios en base a las instrucciones que imparta la Junta Provincial de Defensa Civil y a la Reglamentaci\u00f3n vigente.-<\/li>\n<li>Las designaciones de la presente Ordenanza son de car\u00e1cter ad-honorem y se consideran carga p\u00fablica irrenunciable.-<\/li>\n<li>Comun\u00edquese, el\u00e9vese a las Direcciones Provinciales de Asuntos Municipales y Defensa Civil, a sus efectos y arch\u00edvese.-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nIntendente: Julio Falco<br \/>\nSecretario \u00a0de Gobierno y Servicios P\u00fablicos: Juan Carlos Pringles<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Merlo, SL, 27 de Junio de 1980 \u00a0ORDENANZA N\u00ba 209-IM-1980 &nbsp;
