\nVISTO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nLas facultades conferidas a esta Intendencia Municipal por la Ley N\u00ba 3715 del Superior Gobierno de la Provincia, y la nota presentada por los Se\u00f1ores BLANCA HERLINDA URQUIZA DE BEVERINOTTI, GENOVEVA CRISTINA URQUIZA DE PRUYAS Y DANIEL SIXTO SUAREZ, y:
\nCONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nQue los nombrados son propietarios de un terreno ubicado en calle Pringles, entre Avenida San Mart\u00edn y Calle Sarmiento.-
\nQue los mismos hacen donaci\u00f3n a favor de esta Comuna de una fracci\u00f3n de terreno para la apertura de una calle que permita la continuaci\u00f3n de la Calle central, plano de loteo confeccionado por el Agrimensor Alfredo Nasisi a nombre de Luis Rodolfo Correa, aprobado por la Municipalidad bajo el N\u00ba 260 el 02 de enero de 1968.-
\nQue dicha\u00a0 donaci\u00f3n se hace sin condiciones de ninguna naturaleza y se otorga la posesi\u00f3n a esta Intendencia Municipal desde la fecha de la donaci\u00f3n.-
\nQue la apertura de dicha calle beneficia a ese sector del ejido urbano facilitando la agilizaci\u00f3n del transito; por ello:
\n\u00a0<\/strong>EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE MERLO (SAN LUIS),<\/strong> \u00a0SANCIONA \u00a0Y PROMULGA CON FUERZA DE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aceptase la DONACI\u00d3N hecha por los Se\u00f1ores BLANCA HERLINDA URQUIZA DE BEVERINOTTI, GENOVEVA CRISTINA URQUIZA DE PRUYAS Y DANIEL SIXTO SUAREZ, de una fracci\u00f3n de terreno ubicada en calle Pringles entre Avenida San Mart\u00edn y Sarmiento, que permite la continuaci\u00f3n de calle central del plano de loteo confeccionado por el Agrimensor Alfredo Nasisi y a nombre de Don Luis Rodolfo Correa, aprobado por esta Municipalidad bajo el N\u00ba 260 el 02 de enero de 1.968.-<\/li>\n
