ORDENANZA N\u00ba 97-HCD-1976<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nEl proyecto de Ordenanza remitido por el Departamento Ejecutivo, referido para la aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva de un terreno aleda\u00f1o a la Terminal de \u00d3mnibus, que fuera adquirido al Sr. Agust\u00edn Paris, y:
\nCONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nEl informe favorable en tal sentido elaborado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Obras Publicas y Turismo, ESTE<\/strong> HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE, EN USO DE SUS FACUTADES, SANCIONA CON FUERZA LEGAL LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Apru\u00e9bese la compra efectuada por el Departamento Ejecutivo al Sr. Agust\u00edn Paris, del terreno ubicado en Merlo (San Luis), de una superficie de seiscientos cincuenta y tres metros cuadrados (653 mts.2<\/sup>), lindando: Norte, Carlos F. Arias; Sud, Miguel Pellegrini y Julio Sciza; Este, Zoila Sinforosa Becerra y al Oeste, H\u00e9ctor Eustacio Arias, F\u00e9lix Rub\u00e9n Arias y Jorge M. Arias, cuya escritura traslativa de dominio labrada pro el escribano Tulio Lucero lleva el N\u00ba 110, de fecha 24 de marzo de 1975 y fue inscripta en el Registro de la Propiedad al Tomo\u00a0 8, Ley 3230 de Jun\u00edn, Folio 89, N\u00famero 7037 con fecha 14 de octubre de 1975.-<\/li>\n
