\u00a0EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE MERLO, (SAN LU\u00cdS), SANCIONA CON FUERZA \u00a0LEGAL LA SIGUEINTE <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. D\u00f3nese a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Vialidad de la Provincia una fracci\u00f3n de terreno que se determina como Parcela VI en el plano de mensura aprobado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Geodesia y Catastro de la Provincia, el 1\u00ba de octubre de 1973, bajo el n\u00famero ocho mil treinta y nueve (8.039) con una superficie de SIETE MIL SETENTA Y NUEVE metros cuadrados. El inmueble citado se encuentra inscripto en el Registro General de la Propiedad a Tomo 21 de Jun\u00edn, Folio 49, bajo el numero 2426, Inscripci\u00f3n 1\u00ba, Padr\u00f3n 1422 de la Receptor\u00eda de Merlo.-<\/li>\n
  2. El inmueble donado por el Art.1\u00ba, cuya posesi\u00f3n ejerce la Direcci\u00f3n General de Vialidad de la Provincia, ser\u00e1 destinado a construir el Campamento propio, cabecera del Distrito N\u00ba II.-<\/li>\n
  3. Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, publ\u00edquese y arch\u00edvese.-<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
