center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0871-HCD-2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201c<u>MONTOS DE CONTRATACION<\/u>\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Ordenanza N<sup>o<\/sup> VII-0804-HCD-17, referente a los montos para las contrataciones y compras a realizar por la Municipalidad de la Villa de Merlo; y:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que es necesario adecuar los montos de la compra directa y\u00a0 cuando se tratare de gastos sujetos a las disposiciones de la Ley Provincial N\u00ba VIII-0257-2004 (5456) de Obras P\u00fablicas.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE LA VILLA DE MERLO, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong><strong> FIJAR<\/strong> a partir de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la presente, los siguientes montos para las contrataciones y compras a realizar por la Municipalidad de la Villa de Merlo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>CONTRATACI\u00d3N O COMPRA DIRECTA<\/u>: cuando el monto no exceda la suma de DOSCIENTOS MIL PESOS ($ 200.000.).-;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>CONCURSO DE PRECIOS<\/u>: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre las sumas de DOSCIENTOS UN MIL UN PESO ($ 200.001).- y SEISCIENTOS MIL PESOS ($ 600.000).-;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>LICITACI\u00d3N PRIVADA<\/u>: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre las sumas de SEISCIENTOS MIL UN PESO ($600.001) y\u00a0 UN MILLON DOSCIENTOS MIL PESOS ($1.200.000).-;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>LICITACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA<\/u>: cuando el monto de la operaci\u00f3n exceda la suma de UN MILLON DOSCIENTOS MIL Y UN PESOS ($1.200.001).-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong> Cuando se trate de gastos sujetos a las disposiciones de la Ley Provincial VIII-257-2004 (5456 R) de Obras P\u00fablicas, los importes ser\u00e1n los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>CONTRATACI\u00d3N O COMPRA DIRECTA<\/u>: cuando el monto no exceda la suma de TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y DOS MIL PESOS ($ 332.000).-;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>CONCURSO DE PRECIOS<\/u>: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre las sumas de TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y DOS MIL CON UN PESOS ($332.001).- y NOVECIENTOS MIL PESOS ($900.000).-;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>LICITACI\u00d3N PRIVADA<\/u>: cuando las operaciones est\u00e9n comprendidas entre las sumas de NOVECIENTOS MIL UN PESOS ($900.001).- y UN MILLON DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL\u00a0 PESOS ($1.250.000).-;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><u>LICITACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA<\/u>: cuando el monto de la operaci\u00f3n exceda la suma de UN MILLON DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL UN PESOS ($ 1.250.001).-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong><strong> REQUERIR <\/strong>al D.E.M., para que remita rendici\u00f3n y detalle de todas las erogaciones realizadas en concepto de compras y\/o contrataciones directas, cada 90 d\u00edas, desglos\u00e1ndose dichos gastos en forma mensual, y en forma espec\u00edfica este rubro, es decir, al margen de los Balances trimestrales.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong><strong> DISPONER, <\/strong>que este H.C.D., establecer\u00e1 los montos m\u00e1ximos mensuales que el D.E.M. podr\u00e1 erogar por el rubro compras y\/o contrataciones directas.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 5\u00b0<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>Para el supuesto de que las ofertas entre proveedores de distintos lugares coincidan, deber\u00e1 priorizarse al proveedor local.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 6\u00b0<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong>La presente norma comenzar\u00e1 su vigencia el d\u00eda 01 de Enero de 2019.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 7\u00b0<\/u><\/strong><strong>: DEROGAR<\/strong> en todas sus partes la Ordenanza N<sup>o<\/sup> VII-0804-HCD-2017, a partir del d\u00eda 31 de Diciembre de 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/ordenanza-novii-0804-hcd-2017-montos-de-contratacion\/\">ORDENANZA N\u00baVII-0804-HCD-2017 \u201cMONTOS DE CONTRATACION\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 8\u00b0<\/u><\/strong><strong>: COMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 13 de Diciembre de 2018.- ORDENANZA N\u00ba
