y:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO<\/u>: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que es menester fijar el d\u00eda de inicio y de cierre del Per\u00edodo Legislativo de este H.C.D. para el pr\u00f3ximo A\u00f1o 2019.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que asimismo resulta adecuado en esta Resoluci\u00f3n establecer los dias de Sesiones Ordinarias y el horario para la realizaci\u00f3n de las mismas.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se expresa a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD&nbsp; VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: ESTABLECER, <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias de \u00e9ste H.C.D. para el A\u00f1o 2019, iniciar\u00e1n el d\u00eda Viernes 01 de Marzo y finalizar\u00e1n el d\u00eda Jueves 12 de Diciembre del respectivo a\u00f1o.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: ESTABLECER <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias para el A\u00f1o 2019, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los d\u00edas&nbsp; Jueves a las 18.00 Hs.-<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>ESTABLECER <\/strong>que el receso invernal de dos (2) semanas, ser\u00e1 coincidente con el receso escolar fijado por la Provincia de San Luis.-<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>DEROGAR,<\/strong>&nbsp;
