{"id":3923,"date":"2018-12-21T15:04:59","date_gmt":"2018-12-21T18:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/?p=3923"},"modified":"2021-11-09T11:27:01","modified_gmt":"2021-11-09T14:27:01","slug":"ordenanza-no-vii-0863-hcd-2018-tarifas-de-remis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2018\/12\/21\/ordenanza-no-vii-0863-hcd-2018-tarifas-de-remis\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0863-HCD-2018: TARIFAS DE REMIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 13 de Diciembre de 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0863-HCD-2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presentaci\u00f3n efectuada por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Remises de la Villa de Merlo (S.L.); y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que a trav\u00e9s de la misma, (que obra ingresada a \u00e9ste Cuerpo como Nota Recibida N\u00ba 946-HCD-2018, con fecha 05.12.2018), los remises de nuestra Villa, solicitan un incremento de tarifas, por el aumento que a su vez han tenido de sus insumos indispensables.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que tratado el tema en la Comisi\u00f3n respectiva de \u00e9ste H.C.D.,\u00a0 se resolvi\u00f3 que no se pueden desconocer los aumentos producidos del costo de vida, debiendo tener en cuenta que el \u00faltimo incremento otorgado a este sector, data del d\u00eda 06 de Septiembre del a\u00f1o en curso, mediante Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-0842-HCD-2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: AUTORIZAR, <\/strong>el siguiente Cuadro de Tarifas a aplicar por los prestadores del Servicio de Remises de nuestra Ciudad:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>HORARIO DIURNO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong>: $40,00.- (Pesos Cuarenta).-<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS<\/u><\/strong>: $3,00.- (tres pesos), desde los primeros 100 m. (cien metros).-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>HORARIO NOCTURNO <\/u><\/strong><u>( 22 hs. a 06 hs.)<\/u><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> $45.- (Pesos Cuarenta y Cinco).-<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> $3,50.- (tres pesos con cincuenta cvos.), desde los primeros 100 m.
