ciudad, que obliga a extender las zonas urbanas; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">y<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Es necesario unificar las dimensiones de los terrenos y densificar algunas zonas urbanas de la Villa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que han sido numerosos en las necesidades de los vecinos, problemas en estas zonas, que han motivado m\u00e1s de una vez, el dictado de establecer las excepciones a la normativa vigente.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 demorar la implementaci\u00f3n de la reglamentaci\u00f3n de las secciones y las zonas antes citadas traer\u00eda problemas en el desarrollo y el crecimiento arm\u00f3nico de la Villa.-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que es necesario preservar los emprendimientos e inversiones, y que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os por la situaci\u00f3n general del pa\u00eds el valor de las tierras ha tenido incrementos muy importantes.-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">POR TODO ELLO, EL HONOR CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA VILLA DE MERLO (SL), EN USO DE SUS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> el presente ordenamiento que complementa y se regir\u00e1 terminol\u00f3gicamente por lo dispuesto en las Ordenanzas N \u00b0 741-HCD-2000; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">N \u00b0 744-HCD-2000; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">N \u00b0 VIII-0499-HCD-2012; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">y N \u00b0 VIII-HCD-0496-2012, (Alojamientos Tur\u00edsticos), teniendo como objetivo primordial establecer los indicadores urban\u00edsticos en las Zonas que siguen.-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : CREAS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> nuevas Zonas Comerciales y Residenciales: Zonas Residenciales:<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span
