{"id":3741,"date":"2018-10-29T15:09:37","date_gmt":"2018-10-29T18:09:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/?p=3741"},"modified":"2021-11-17T11:33:32","modified_gmt":"2021-11-17T14:33:32","slug":"ordenanza-no-x-0847-hcd-2018-incorpora-mencion-al-valor-en-servicio-en-la-ordenanza-no-949","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2018\/10\/29\/ordenanza-no-x-0847-hcd-2018-incorpora-mencion-al-valor-en-servicio-en-la-ordenanza-no-949\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0847-HCD-2018: INCORPORA MENCION AL VALOR EN SERVICIO EN LA ORDENANZA N\u00ba 949"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 13 de Septiembre de 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0847-HCD-2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0La Ordenanza N\u00b0 949-HCD-2005, sancionada por este Cuerpo; y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la norma mencionada en el visto, trata sobre Figuras Protocolares, estableciendo las distintas distinciones, que los Poderes de la Municipalidad Villa de Merlo, reconocen a personas, Instituciones y eventos en general.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que el crecimiento de nuestra Comunidad, hace que sea necesaria la incorporaci\u00f3n de otros reconocimientos y distinciones para adoptar por parte del Municipio.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la posibilidad de declarar acciones y actitudes fundadas en los valores, fortalece el concepto de solidaridad y crea v\u00ednculos comunitarios.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD\u00a0 VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: MODIFICAR<\/strong> la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/figuras-protocolora\/\">Ordenanza N\u00b0 949-HCD-2005<\/a>, <strong>INCORPORANDO <\/strong>el presente p\u00e1rrafo al Art\u00edculo 24\u00b0).- el cual quedar\u00e1 redactado de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cDIPLOMA MUNICIPALIDAD VILLA DE MERLO AL VALOR EN SERVICIO: Dicha distinci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 otorgada anualmente a alg\u00fan miembro de las Fuerzas de Seguridad, Bomberos Voluntarios, y\/o vecinos de nuestra localidad, que hayan sobresalido en un acto de valent\u00eda en cumplimiento de su deber o en defensa de la comunidad.
