VII-0837-HCD-2018<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201c <\/span><\/span><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">MODIFICACION E INCORPORACION DERECHOS DE CONSTRUCCION DE RELEVAMIENTO<\/span><\/span><\/u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u201d<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">VISTO:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-0807-HCD-2017, \u201cDerechos de Construcci\u00f3n\u201d, y:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que ha generado inconvenientes la aplicaci\u00f3n del arte. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">35\u00ba de la mencionada Ordenanza, que estipula: \u201c <\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">se cobrar\u00e1 por dicha superficie equivalente al 400% del monto de los derechos de construcci\u00f3n que le corresponde seg\u00fan su categor\u00eda\u201d .-<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que resulta, para muchos contribuyentes, en un monto demasiado oneroso.-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 se debe considerar un buen n\u00famero de casos?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es necesario diferenciar los distintos casos de relevancia, teniendo en cuenta, la superficie de ampliaci\u00f3n relevante con los planos previamente aprobados, los casos de relevancia de las unidades funcionales o las viviendas completas sin planos aprobados.-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">POR TODO ELLO EL HONOR CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ORDENANZA<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> MODIFICAR<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> \u00a0la Ordenanza N\u00ba VII-0807-HCD-2017, \u201cDerechos de Construcci\u00f3n\u201d, art. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">35\u00ba, el que quedar\u00e1 redactado de la siguiente manera:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/ordenanza-no-vii-0807-hcd-2017-derechos-de-construccion\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0807-HCD-2017 \u201cDERECHOS DE CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201cPara el c\u00e1lculo de los derechos de la construcci\u00f3n de la superficie que se va a cumplir con el C\u00f3digo de Edificaci\u00f3n, a continuaci\u00f3n, a los planes de los Aprobados, los planos de la relevancia de las \u00e1reas de la lista Que le corresponda seg\u00fan su categor\u00eda, de acuerdo a la siguiente tabla:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<table
