inherit;\">ORDENANZA N\u00ba VIII-0831-HCD-2018<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">VISTO:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La Zona Comercial C7 est\u00e1 prevista en la Ordenanza N \u00b0 VIII-0499-HCD-2012; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">y<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que ha ingresado en la nota rec\u00edproca N \u00b0 407-HCD-2018, con fecha 19.06.2018, por el cual es el Secretario General de Gesti\u00f3n Territorial del Municipio, expone una situaci\u00f3n sobre la Zona C7, al igual que corresponda a los \u00cdndices Urban\u00edsticos con Respecto a los retiros por las dimensiones reales de las parcelas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que se presenta un listado de todas las parcelas de la Zona C7 y sus dimensiones.-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que es necesario potenciar la Zona Comercial.-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que la Comisi\u00f3n N \u00b0 1, de Planeamiento, de Concejo estudi\u00f3 el tema, se elev\u00f3 a Plenario del Cuerpo, Se propone dictar la siguiente ordenanza.-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONOR CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE VILLA DE MERLO (SL) EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ORDENANZA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ARTICULO 1 \u00b0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : MODIFICAR<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , la Ordenanza N\u00ba VIII-0499-HCD-2012, Punto N\u00ba 5, \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> ZONA COMERCIAL C7,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> estableciendo para la misma, lo siguiente:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span
