<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">y<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">CONSIDERANDO:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de la Municipalidad Villa de Merlo, adjunta y remite, copia de la presentaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 por la Empresa ZENITRAM SAN LUIS SRL para el Municipio Expediente N \u00b0 7688, de fecha 23.03.2018 , por el cual la Empresa Concesionaria del Servicio de Transporte P\u00fablico de Pasajeros de nuestra Villa, solicitudes de incremento de tarifas, por el aumento en todos sus insumos, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El tema fue tratado en la Comisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">POR TODO ELLO EL HONOR CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ORDENANZA<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> : AUTORIZAR<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> ,<\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> CONCLUSI\u00d3N <\/span><\/strong><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">DEL SERVICIO P\u00daBLICO DE PASAJEROS DE LA CIUDAD DE<\/span><\/u><\/strong><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> MUNICIPIO<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , SAN LUIS Y LA EMPRESA CONCESIONARIA DEL SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE P\u00daBLICO DE PASAJEROS DE NUESTRA VILLA \u201cZENITRAM SAN LUIS SRL\u201d, con fecha 18 de abril de 2017, Orden de acuerdo con el siguiente<\/span><\/span><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> CUADRO DE TARIFAS<\/span><\/span><\/u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , para el Servicio de Transporte P\u00fablico de Pasajeros de nuestra Villa:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Boleto Pasaje UNICO para 1ra, 2da. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">y 3ra. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Secci\u00f3n &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; $ 15,00.-<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Boleto Pasaje obrero \/ docente UNICO &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;
