<\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">y:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">CONSIDERANDO<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/strong><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> :<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que por el medio de la misma la Asociaci\u00f3n de Taxis Villa de Merlo, solicitud de modificaciones puntuales en relaci\u00f3n con los certificados de antecedentes requeridos por la Ordenanza N \u00b0 893-HCD-2004.-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que analiz\u00f3 el pedido en la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobierno, y luego recibi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo en la Asociaci\u00f3n de Taxis, con todos los consejos que integran este HCD, esta conclusi\u00f3n se refiere a la solicitud.-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Que el tema fue elevado entonces al Plenario de este Concejo el que dispone dictar la presente en los primeros t\u00e9rminos.-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE\u202fVILLA DE MERLO, SAN LU\u00cdS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u202f<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u202f<strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: MODIFICAR, <\/strong>el Art\u00edculo 28\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 893-HCD-2004, en su Inciso \u201ce)-\u201c, el que queda redactado de la siguiente forma:<br \/>\ne)- Certificado de Antecedentes expedido por el Registro Nacional de Reincidencia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propietarios de Licencias de 0 hasta 5 a\u00f1os, deber\u00e1n presentar el Certificado todos los a\u00f1os;<\/li>\n<li>Propietarios de Licencias de 5 a\u00f1os en adelante, deber\u00e1n presentar el Certificado, cada vez que se deba renovar el Registro de Conducir.-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/regula-servicio-taxis-remis-y-taxiflet\/\">REGULA SERVICIO TAXIS, REMIS Y TAXIFLET<\/a><br \/>\n<strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> <strong>C<\/strong><strong>OMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE<\/strong>.-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 10 de Mayo de 2018.- ORDENANZA N\u00ba IV-0824-HCD-2018 &nbsp;
