Bergallo, Director de FO.PRO.VI. y la Intendencia Municipal de Merlo, representada por el Se\u00f1or Intendente Don Ricardo Chaves, y:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nQue mediante el presente Convenio , se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas seg\u00fan las especificaciones y planos adjuntos al Convenio y que forman parte del mismo, solucionando en parte, la carencia de viviendas, dado el importante desarrollo poblacional de Merlo.-<br \/>\nPor todo lo ello, el HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE MERLO sanciona la presente:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Homol\u00f3gase el Convenio suscripto entre la Secretar\u00eda de Vivienda y Desarrollo Habitacional de la Provincia de San Luis, con la Municipalidad de Merlo, para la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas seg\u00fan consta en el contrato adjunto.-<\/li>\n<li>Comun\u00edquese, reg\u00edstrese, publ\u00edquese y arch\u00edvese.-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nVice- Presidente HCD: Jorge Omar Dominguez<br \/>\nSecretaria HCD: Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles O. de Espasandin<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Merlo, San Luis, 26 de Enero de 1989 &nbsp; ORDENANZA N\u00ba 412-HCD-1989 (69\/89) BIS &nbsp; VISTO: El Convenio suscripto entre la Secretar\u00eda de Vivienda y Desarrollo Habitacional de la Provincia de san Luis, representada por el Se\u00f1or Eduardo F.
