{"id":3616,"date":"2018-08-30T14:53:15","date_gmt":"2018-08-30T17:53:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/?p=3616"},"modified":"2021-11-23T18:32:46","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T21:32:46","slug":"ordenanza-no-x-0820-hcd-2018-establecer-periodo-legislativo-ano-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2018\/08\/30\/ordenanza-no-x-0820-hcd-2018-establecer-periodo-legislativo-ano-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0820-HCD-2018  \u201cESTABLECER PERIODO LEGISLATIVO A\u00d1O 2018\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 26 de Abril de 2018.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0820-HCD-2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>\u201cESTABLECER PERIODO LEGISLATIVO A\u00d1O 2018\u201d<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\nLo establecido por la ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0758-HCD-2016, y:<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la mencionada norma estableci\u00f3 d\u00eda y horario para las Sesiones Ordinarias de este Cuerpo y finalizaci\u00f3n de las mismas para el periodo 2017, restando formalizar las fechas para el actual Per\u00edodo Legislativo A\u00f1o 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se expresa a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD\u00a0 VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: ESTABLECER, <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias de \u00e9ste H.C.D. para el A\u00f1o 2018, ya iniciadas el d\u00eda Jueves 01 de Marzo, finalizar\u00e1n el d\u00eda Lunes 10 de Diciembre del a\u00f1o en curso.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: ESTABLECER <\/strong>que las Sesiones Ordinarias para el A\u00f1o 2018, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los d\u00edas\u00a0 Jueves a las 18.00 Hs.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>ESTABLECER <\/strong>que el receso invernal de dos (2) semanas, ser\u00e1 coincidente con el receso escolar fijado por la Provincia de San Luis, este es, del d\u00eda 09 al d\u00eda 23 de Julio de 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 4\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>DEROGAR,<\/strong>\u00a0 la Ordenanza N\u00ba X-0758-HCD-2016, \u00a0en todas sus partes y toda aquella norma que se oponga a la presente.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>ARTICULO 5\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: COMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 26 de Abril de 2018.- &nbsp;
