N\u00ba X-0881-HCD-2019: DER\u00d3GUESE la ORDENANZA\u00a0 N\u00b0 X-0816-HCD-2018\u00a0 que homologa el decreto del Ejecutivo Municipal que establece el cobro de bono en concepto de derecho de ingreso al Parque Presidente Per\u00f3n.-<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Villa de Merlo, San Luis, 15 de febrero 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0816-HCD-2018<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>VISTO:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Nota Recibida N\u00ba 013-HCD-2018, ingresada con fecha 31 de enero de 2018, y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la misma forma parte del temario, como punto 3),\u00a0 para tratar en\u00a0 la Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria convocada por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que su finalidad es elevar y solicitar la homologaci\u00f3n por parte de este Cuerpo, del Decreto N\u00ba 0008-IM-2018 de fecha 30 de enero de 2018.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que a trav\u00e9s del referido Decreto se manifiesta que para preservar la biodiversidad del Parque Provincial Presidente Per\u00f3n, es necesario regular su uso, a fin de evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n del mismo.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong><strong> HOMOLOGAR, <\/strong>en todas sus partes, el <strong>Decreto N\u00ba 0008-IM-2018<\/strong>, de fecha 10 de enero de 2018, referido a \u201cESTABLECER EL COBRO DE ENTRADA EN CONCEPTO DE DERECHO DE INGRESO AL PARQUE PRESIDENTE PERON\u201d.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba:<\/u><\/strong><strong> COMUN\u00cdQUESE,
