{"id":3254,"date":"2018-01-26T11:39:00","date_gmt":"2018-01-26T14:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/?p=3254"},"modified":"2021-11-23T18:43:34","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T21:43:34","slug":"ordenanza-no-vii-0798-hcd-2017-autorizar-cuadro-de-tarifas-de-servicio-de-remis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2018\/01\/26\/ordenanza-no-vii-0798-hcd-2017-autorizar-cuadro-de-tarifas-de-servicio-de-remis\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0798-HCD-2017: AUTORIZAR CUADRO DE TARIFAS DE SERVICIO DE  REMIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Villa de Merlo (S.L.), 23 de Noviembre de 2017.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0798-HCD-2017<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Nota Recibida N\u00ba 764-HCD-2017, ingresada al Concejo con fecha 07 de Noviembre de 2017; y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que a trav\u00e9s de la misma los Licenciatarios de Remises de la Villa de Merlo, solicitan un incremento de tarifas, para paliar los aumentos que a su vez han tenido en sus insumos indispensables para garantizar el funcionamiento de las unidades.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que tratado el tema en la Comisi\u00f3n respectiva de \u00e9ste H.C.D.,\u00a0 se resolvi\u00f3 que no se pueden desconocer los aumentos producidos del costo de vida en los \u00faltimos meses especialmente.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la citada Comisi\u00f3n, elev\u00f3 sus conclusiones a la Comisi\u00f3n Plenario del Concejo, la que por unanimidad resuelve lo siguiente.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: AUTORIZAR, <\/strong>el siguiente Cuadro de Tarifas a aplicar por los prestadores del Servicio de Remises de nuestra Ciudad:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>HORARIO DIURNO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong>: $25.- (Pesos Veinticinco).-<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS<\/u><\/strong>: $2,00.- (dos pesos), desde los primeros 100 m. (cien metros).-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>HORARIO NOCTURNO <\/u><\/strong><u>( 22 hs. a 06 hs.)<\/u><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> $30.- (Pesos Treinta).-<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> $2,00.- (dos pesos), desde los primeros 100 m.
