\u00a0y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que los mismos se encuentran replicados tambi\u00e9n en la Ley Provincial de R\u00e9gimen Municipal N\u00ba XII-0349-2004 (5756 \u201cR\u201d).-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que es obligaci\u00f3n de este H.C.D. conocer la totalidad de las causas judiciales en las que se encuentre involucrada la Municipalidad de Villa de Merlo.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que esto le facilitar\u00eda al Concejo la toma de decisiones que le quepan y que involucren el patrimonio econ\u00f3mico y financiero del Municipio.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD\u00a0 VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: El D.E.M. deber\u00e1 informar anualmente al H.C.D.,<\/strong> la lista y estado de los juicios en los que fuere parte la Municipalidad de Villa de Merlo (S.L.), tanto como parte actora o demandada o particular damnificada, a fin de facilitar la toma de decisiones que involucren el patrimonio econ\u00f3mico financiero del Municipio.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: COMUN\u00cdQUESE<\/strong><strong>, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa de Merlo (San Luis), 01 de Septiembre de 2016.- &nbsp;
