ORDENANZA N\u00ba VIII-0734-HCD-2016<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

VISTO:\u00a0\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Las\u00a0 Notas Recibidas N\u00ba 495-HCD-2014, N\u00ba 542-HCD-2014, N\u00ba 539-HCD-2015, N\u00ba 016-HCD-2016 y N\u00ba 237-HCD-2016, ingresadas al Concejo con fechas 13.08.2014, 27.08.2014, 21.08.2015, 26.02.2016 y \u00a010.05.2016, respectivamente; \u00a0y:<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Que a trav\u00e9s de las Notas Recibidas consignadas en el visto de esta norma, varios vecinos del Barrio denominado \u201cAm\u00e9rica\u201d, solicitan el cambio del nombre del Barrio citado por el de: \u201cBARRIO ESTANCIA EL CARRIL\u201d.-<\/p>\n

Que argumentan que su pedido obedece a que el nombre actual del Barrio no responde a la intenci\u00f3n de todas las familias, que es la de mantener y respetar la historia y tradici\u00f3n en cuanto al nombre que de anta\u00f1o identific\u00f3 a la zona y\/o paraje que abarcaba tanto al Este como al Oeste de la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 1, donde se encuentra la propiedad de \u201cEstancia El Carril\u201d.-<\/p>\n

Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE: <\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: MODIFICAR, <\/strong>por las razones expuestas en los considerandos de la presente norma, la Ordenanza N\u00ba VIII-0489-HCD-2012, en su Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba, ANEXO I, cambiando el nombre del Barrio \u201cAm\u00e9rica\u201d, por la denominaci\u00f3n: \u201cBARRIO ESTANCIA EL CARRIL\u201d, urbanizaci\u00f3n comprendida en el Plano N\u00ba 6\/32\/09.-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
