{"id":2332,"date":"2016-07-25T10:13:59","date_gmt":"2016-07-25T13:13:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar\/?p=2332"},"modified":"2021-11-23T19:28:01","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T22:28:01","slug":"ordenanza-no-vii-0730-hcd-2016-aprueba-cuadro-de-tarifas-servicio-de-taxis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2016\/07\/25\/ordenanza-no-vii-0730-hcd-2016-aprueba-cuadro-de-tarifas-servicio-de-taxis\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0730-HCD-2016 &#8211; APRUEBA CUADRO DE TARIFAS SERVICIO DE TAXIS (0776\/17)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Villa de Merlo (S.L.), 07 de Julio de 2016.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0730-HCD-2016<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presentaci\u00f3n efectuada por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Taxis de la Villa de Merlo (S.L.); y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que a trav\u00e9s de la misma, (que obra ingresada a \u00e9ste Cuerpo como Nota Recibida N\u00ba 338-HCD-2016, con fecha 08.06.2016), los taxistas de nuestra Villa, solicitan un incremento de tarifas, por el aumento que a su vez han tenido de sus insumos.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que tratado el tema en la Comisi\u00f3n respectiva de \u00e9ste H.C.D.,\u00a0 se resolvi\u00f3 que no se pueden desconocer los aumentos producidos del costo de vida, debiendo tener en cuenta que el \u00faltimo incremento otorgado a este sector, data del d\u00eda 01 de Diciembre del a\u00f1o 2015, mediante Ordenanza N\u00ba VII- 0698-HCD-2015, toda vez que se adopt\u00f3 la modalidad solicitada por el sector, de que existan dos incrementos por a\u00f1o.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: AUTORIZAR, <\/strong>el siguiente Cuadro de Tarifas a aplicar por los prestadores del Servicio de Taxis de nuestra Ciudad:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>EN ZONA URBANA<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong>: $20,00.- (veinte pesos), hasta los 100 metros-<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS (ZONA URBANA)<\/u><\/strong>: $1,25.- (un peso con veinticinco cvos), por cada 100 m. (cien metros), que se registren luego de los 100 metros-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>EN RUTA<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>BAJADA DE BANDERA<\/u><\/strong>: $20,00.- (veinte pesos).-<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>CAIDA DE FICHAS<\/u><\/strong>: $1,00.- (un peso), por cada 100 m.
