ORDENANZA N\u00ba I- 0720-HCD-2016<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nVISTO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

La Ordenanza N\u00ba I-0504-HCD-2012, sancionada con fecha 17.10.2012, que trata sobre la Creaci\u00f3n del Consejo Municipal de Discapacidad \u201cCO.MU.DI\u201d; y<\/p>\n

\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que la norma citada en el visto se encuentra en plena vigencia, integr\u00e1ndose el Consejo con m\u00faltiple actores.-<\/p>\n

Que por ello resulta conveniente dar una participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia a sus integrantes, en especial, a los mencionados en su Art. 4\u00ba, inciso \u201ce\u201d.-<\/p>\n

Que por todo ello se dispone conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se establece.-<\/p>\n

\n

POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE ORDENANZA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: MODIFICAR,<\/strong> el Art\u00edculo 4to, inciso \u201ce\u201d de la Ordenanza N\u00ba I-0504-HCD-2012, el que queda redactado de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n

  1. e) Tres vocales, (uno elegido entre los representantes de las Instituciones que conforman el Consejo (CO.MU.DI); un representante del Honorable Concejo Deliberante y uno ser\u00e1 elegido entre las personas con discapacidad establecidas en el inciso \u201ce\u201d del Art. 3.).-<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>COMUN\u00cdQUESE<\/strong>, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n
