{"id":2103,"date":"2016-05-30T10:17:07","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T13:17:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar.j8a.com.ar\/?p=2103"},"modified":"2021-11-23T19:38:39","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T22:38:39","slug":"ordenanza-no-viii-0708-hcd-2015-zonificacion-r1-y-r9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2016\/05\/30\/ordenanza-no-viii-0708-hcd-2015-zonificacion-r1-y-r9\/","title":{"rendered":"ORDENANZA N\u00ba VIII-0708-HCD-2015  \u201c ZONIFICACION R1 Y R9\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right\">Villa de Merlo, San Luis, 17 de Diciembre de 2015.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba VIII-0708-HCD-2015<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201c ZONIFICACION R1 Y R9\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nLas Ordenanzas N<sup>o<\/sup> 744-HCD-2000 y N\u00ba VIII-0520-HCD-2012; y:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que las normas consignadas en el visto de \u00e9sta Ordenanza, se refieren entre otros aspectos, a la zonificaci\u00f3n de la Villa de Merlo.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que se torna necesario ampliar y delimitar las Zonas R1 y R9, conforme al croquis que se acompa\u00f1a formando parte de la presente.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que la Comisi\u00f3n de Planeamiento de este H.C.D. elev\u00f3 sus conclusiones al Plenario del mismo, el que dispone dictar la presente norma en los t\u00e9rminos que siguen.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE LA VILLA DE MERLO, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>ORDENASE<\/strong> la ampliaci\u00f3n y delimitaci\u00f3n de las Zonas R1 y R9, conforme al croquis que se adjunta y que forma parte de esta norma.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: SOLICITAR al D.E.M.<\/strong>, para que a trav\u00e9s del \u00c1rea que corresponda, determine las Coordenadas GAUSS \u2013 KRUGER correspondientes al pol\u00edgono delimitado en el croquis adjunto.
