ORDENANZA N\u00ba X-0707-HCD-2015<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nVISTO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lo establecido por la Ordenanza N\u00ba X- 0656-HCD-2015 sancionada con fecha 05 de Marzo de 2015, y:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Que la mencionada norma estableci\u00f3 en su Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba, como d\u00eda y horario para las Sesiones Ordinarias de este Cuerpo los d\u00edas jueves a las 17:00 horas.-<\/p>\n

Que a trav\u00e9s de la Ordenanza N\u00ba X-0706-HCD-2015, se estableci\u00f3 el inicio de las Sesiones Ordinarias del per\u00edodo Legislativo \u00a0A\u00f1o 2016, el d\u00eda martes 01 marzo de 2016.-<\/p>\n

Que por todo ello se dispone conforme se expresa a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n

POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD\u00a0 VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/h4>\n

Art.1\u00ba).-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ESTABLECER<\/strong>, que las Sesiones Ordinarias de \u00e9ste H.C.D., se realizar\u00e1n los d\u00edas Jueves de cada semana a las 17:00 horas.-<\/p>\n

Art.2\u00ba).-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ESTABLECER<\/strong> \u00a0que el per\u00edodo de Sesiones Ordinarias 2016 finaliza el 10 de diciembre de 2016.-<\/p>\n

Art.3\u00ba).-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 DEROGAR<\/strong>, la Ordenanza N\u00ba X-0656-HCD-2015, en todas sus partes.-<\/p>\n

Art.4\u00ba).-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 COMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n
