y:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que la norma legal consignada en el visto de la presente Ordenanza, precisa ser revisada a fin de articularla con el nuevo C\u00f3digo Civil y Comercial de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina, cuya vigencia comenz\u00f3 el pasado 01 de Agosto de 2015 (Ley Nacional N\u00ba 26.994, Art\u00edculo 7\u00ba).-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que ello permitir\u00e1 brindar una adecuada respuesta a los integrantes de nuestra Comunidad.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que la Comisi\u00f3n de Planeamiento de este H.C.D., elev\u00f3 sus conclusiones sobre el tema a la Comisi\u00f3n Plenario del Concejo, la que por unanimidad resuelve lo siguiente.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><u>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: DEROGAR, <\/strong>en todas sus partes la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1063-HCD-2007, de fecha 17 de Septiembre de 2007, a partir del d\u00eda de la fecha.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u>: SE DEJA CONSTANCIA, <\/strong>que la derogaci\u00f3n dispuesta en el Art\u00edculo precedente, se ordena sin perjuicio del cumplimiento del tratamiento y eventuales resoluciones que deban adoptarse en los Expedientes ingresados en este H.C.D. dentro del marco de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1063-HCD-2007, hasta el d\u00eda de la fecha.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><u>ARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u>: <\/strong><strong>COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, REGISTRESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 04 de Diciembre de 2015.- &nbsp;
