<\/u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba VII-0689-HCD-2015<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nVISTO:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong>
\nLa necesidad de establecer los horarios de funcionamiento de las confiter\u00edas bailables dentro del \u00e9jido municipal; y:
\n 
\nCONSIDERANDO: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/u>Que el tema en cuesti\u00f3n, se encuentra legislado en la Ordenanza N\u00ba 0699-HCD-1998, en su Art\u00edculo 25\u00ba.-<\/p>\n

Que dejar en claro estos aspectos, facilitar\u00e1n la tarea de contralor y de Polic\u00eda que tiene la Municipalidad.-<\/p>\n

Que la Comisi\u00f3n N\u00ba 2 de este Cuerpo elev\u00f3 sus conclusiones sobre este tema al Plenario del Concejo, el que dispone dictar la presente norma en los siguientes t\u00e9rminos.-<\/p>\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: MODIFICASE <\/strong>el Art. 25\u00ba de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 0699-HCD-1998, el que queda redactado de la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2026 Art. 25\u00ba<\/u>: <\/strong>Los horarios de apertura y cierre ser\u00e1n durante todo el a\u00f1o de 18:00 horas a 6:00 horas\u2026.\u201d.-<\/p>\n
