ORDENANZA N\u00ba VIII-0660-HCD-2015<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nVISTO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nLa Nota Recibida\u00a0 N\u00ba 125-HCD-2015, ingresada al Cuerpo en fecha 25.03.2015; y:
\n 
\nCONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Que a trav\u00e9s de la presentaci\u00f3n consignada en el visto, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno Municipal, eleva petitorio de la Asociaci\u00f3n HERRADURA RUGBY CLUB, a trav\u00e9s del cual solicitan formalmente a este H.C.D., la eximisi\u00f3n de \u00edtems que adjuntan, referidos a la construcci\u00f3n del edificio perteneciente a esta Entidad.-<\/p>\n

Que los \u00edtems a que se hacen referencia son: a)- Visado \u2013 relevamiento; b)- Aprobaci\u00f3n; c)- Final de Obra; los que totalizan la suma de $2.595,06.-;\u00a0 y d)- Derechos de Conexi\u00f3n Municipales de Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica y Agua Potable.-<\/p>\n

Que refieren que la Entidad hace hincapi\u00e9 en la integraci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os, en su formaci\u00f3n al esp\u00edritu de cuerpo y estas actividades acompa\u00f1an el sano crecimiento de los menores y ayudan a desarrollar sus identidades, compromiso y pertenencia deportiva.-<\/p>\n

Que habi\u00e9ndose cumplido con el tr\u00e1mite pertinente en la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda del Concejo \u00e9sta elev\u00f3 tales conclusiones al Plenario del mismo, resolvi\u00e9ndose conforme a continuaci\u00f3n se dispone.-<\/p>\n

POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y\u00a0 ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u>: HACER LUGAR a la EXIMISION de PAGO <\/strong>solicitada por HERRADURA RUGBY CLUB, <\/strong>de los \u00edtems: a)- Visado \u2013 relevamiento; b)- Aprobaci\u00f3n y c)- Final de Obra, los que totalizan la suma de PESOS DOS MIL QUINIENTOS NOVENTA Y CINCO CON SEIS CVOS. ($2.595,06).-; m\u00e1s los importes que correspondan por Derechos de Conexi\u00f3n Municipales de Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica y Agua Potable; todos en referencia a la construcci\u00f3n del edificio propiedad de la Entidad.-<\/p>\n

ARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: REMITASE, <\/strong>copia de la presente a los solicitantes y GIRESE <\/strong>a las \u00c1reas del D.E.M. para su cumplimiento.-<\/p>\n
