y:<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Que el prop\u00f3sito de la misma es solicitar a este Cuerpo Deliberativo la Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley Provincial de Acoso Sexual Laboral y Violencia Laboral, N\u00ba I-0678-2009.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que tal pedido, seg\u00fan refieren, implica acompa\u00f1ar y velar por la prosperidad de los Trabajadores y Trabajadoras de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal, \u201cante situaciones que tienen que ver con la cotidianeidad en el trabajo y que a veces pasan desapercibidas para muchos de nosotros, ya sea porque no estamos preparados para abordarlas o bi\u00e9n por que las naturalizamos\u201d (textual).-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que la mencionada norma provincial, en su Art\u00edculo 12\u00ba, invita a las Instituciones Municipales y Comisionados de la Provincia de San Luis a la formal adhesi\u00f3n de la misma.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que por todo ello se resuelve conforme se dispone a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO Y EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY,\u00a0 ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0ART. 1\u00ba:\u00a0ADHERIR FORMALMENTE, <\/strong>por las razones expuestas en los considerandos precedentes, a la LEY PROVINCIAL <strong>N\u00ba I-0678-2009 <\/strong>DE ACOSO SEXUAL LABORAL Y VIOLENCIA LABORAL, en todas sus partes.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0ART. 2\u00ba:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, REGISTRESE, PUBLIQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa de Merlo, (San Luis), 18 de Septiembre de 2013.- &nbsp;
