y:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que existen pedidos en este H.C.D., de autorizaciones para poder utilizar otros materiales dentro de las cubiertas para techos, entre ellos, concretamente, las chapas prepintadas.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que ante ello, la Comisi\u00f3n de Planeamiento de este Concejo, realiz\u00f3 consultas sobre el tema a los Colegios Profesionales de la Villa y al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, en sus \u00c1reas pertinentes.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que como respuestas, ingresaron las Notas Recibidas N\u00ba 251-HCD-2013, remitida por la Secretar\u00eda de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos de la Municipalidad de Merlo; N\u00ba 257-HCD-2013, remitida por el Colegio de Ingenieros y de T\u00e9cnicos de la Ingenier\u00eda; y N\u00ba 275-HCD-2013, remitida por el Colegio de Arquitectos de San Luis Regional Merlo; quienes son coincidentes en adherir a la propuesta efectuada.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que finalizado el tratamiento del tema en la Comisi\u00f3n de Planeamiento, \u00e9sta lo eleva a la Comisi\u00f3n Plenario de este H.C.D., resolvi\u00e9ndose conforme se dispone a continuaci\u00f3n.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD\u00a0 VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><u><\/u><strong><u>ORDENANZA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ART. 1\u00ba: INCORPORAR, <\/strong>a la Ordenanza N\u00ba 744-HCD-2000, en su Punto 5.- \u00cdndices Urban\u00edsticos Z R 3, \u00edtem \u201cf\u201d, Inciso \u201cb\u201d, lo siguiente: \u201c\u2026 chapa prepintada color rojo\u2026\u201d.-<br \/>\n<strong>ART. 2\u00ba: COMUNIQUESE, NOTIFIQUESE, REGISTRESE, PUBLIQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE ARCHIVESE.-<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar.j8a.com.ar\/reglamenta-normas-basicas-de-turismo\/\">http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar.j8a.com.ar\/reglamenta-normas-basicas-de-turismo\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Villa de Merlo, San Luis, 28 de Agosto de 2013.- &nbsp;
