{"id":1625,"date":"2016-05-23T08:50:40","date_gmt":"2016-05-23T11:50:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar.j8a.com.ar\/?p=1625"},"modified":"2021-11-23T22:20:21","modified_gmt":"2021-11-24T01:20:21","slug":"adherir-a-ley-provincial-viii-0307-2004-5685-regulacion-de-transporte-automotor-de-pasajeros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2016\/05\/23\/adherir-a-ley-provincial-viii-0307-2004-5685-regulacion-de-transporte-automotor-de-pasajeros\/","title":{"rendered":"ADHERIR A LEY PROVINCIAL VIII-0307-2004 (5685) REGULACION DE TRANSPORTE AUTOMOTOR DE PASAJEROS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Villa de Merlo (San Luis), 23 de mayo de 2012<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba IV-0476-HCD-2012<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nLa Ley Provincial VIII-0307-2004 (5685\u201dR\u201d) de Regulaci\u00f3n del Transporte Automotor de Pasajeros en la Provincia de San Luis, y;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que no existe legislaci\u00f3n que regule en forma completa el Transporte Automotor de Pasajeros, dentro del ejido municipal de Villa de Merlo, San Luis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que la Ley citada tiene por objeto regular las relaciones jur\u00eddicas que se dan entre los sujetos de derecho que se manifiestan en la actividad del Transporte Automotor de Pasajeros.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que la mencionada norma delega las facultades de reglamentaci\u00f3n del Transporte Publico dentro de la jurisdicci\u00f3n de cada municipio.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que por ello, resulta favorable adherir al marco legal propuesto por la citada normativa.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Que en este sentido tambi\u00e9n se ha manifestado el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, mediante Nota R. N\u00ba 228-HCD-12, apartado 2, del 15 de mayo del corriente a\u00f1o.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO (S.L.)
