INCORPORACI\u00d3N DE CATEGOR\u00cdA 5\u00b0 EN LA TASA DE CONTRIBUCIONES POR SERVICIOS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nVISTO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nLa Ordenanza 651\/1997 que en su Cap\u00edtulo 1 fija las contribuciones directas sobre los inmuebles, y
\n 
\nCONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong>
\n 
\nLa necesidad de incorporar las propiedades ubicadas en barrios cerrados, clubes de campo y reservas privadas, a las que les corresponde tributar por servicios indirectos, por su localizaci\u00f3n dentro del ejido municipal.
\n 
\nPOR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE VILLA DE MERLO EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY,\u00a0 SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong>

O R D E N A N Z A<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

ART. 1\u00ba: INCORPORASE<\/strong> al art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 651-HCD-1997, la Categor\u00eda 5\u00b0 Servicios Indirectos.
\nART. 2\u00ba:INCORPORASE<\/strong> al art\u00edculo 3\u00b0 de la Ordenanza 651-HCD-1997, la Categor\u00eda 5\u00b0 que se cobrar\u00e1 por unidad funcional o parcela individual, a raz\u00f3n del 3 por mil de la valuaci\u00f3n fiscal del inmueble parcelario y construido.
\nART. 3\u00ba:DER\u00d3GUESE<\/strong> toda normativa que se oponga a la presente.
\nART. 4\u00ba: COMUN\u00cdQUESE, REG\u00cdSTRESE, PUBL\u00cdQUESE Y OPORTUNAMENTE, ARCH\u00cdVESE.-<\/strong>
