\nLa Ordenanza N\u00ba 1252-HCD-2011, de revisi\u00f3n de Ordenanzas, y
\n 
\nCONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>
\nQue es facultad, de la Comisi\u00f3n de elaboraci\u00f3n del Digesto del Honorable Concejo Deliberante la revisi\u00f3n, reorganizaci\u00f3n y renumeraci\u00f3n de las Ordenanzas vigentes.-

\nPOR TODO LO EXPUESTO, EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong>
