ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1277-HCD-2011<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nVISTO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>
\nLa Ley N\u00ba X-630-2008, de la Provincia de San Luis; Y
\n 
\nCONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>
\nQue la misma es la Ley de\u00a0 Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial de la Provincia de San Luis.-
\n 
\nQue esta norma regula el uso de toda la v\u00eda publica, y sus disposiciones son de aplicaci\u00f3n a todas las personas, animales y veh\u00edculos terrestres y a actividades vinculadas con el transporte de veh\u00edculos, personas, concesiones viales, estructura vial y el medio ambiente, y que resulten con motivo del tr\u00e1nsito.-
\nQue en su Art\u00edculo primero invita a adherir a los Municipios y Comisiones Municipales dentro de la Provincia de San Luis.-
\n 
\nQue a trav\u00e9s de sus disposiciones se crea el Registro Provincial de Antecedentes de Tr\u00e1nsito (RePTA- San Luis), el Consejo Provincial de Seguridad Vial, que propugnan estad\u00edsticas accidentol\u00f3gicas y una red inform\u00e1tica intermunicipal, todo lo cual redunda en prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes, flujo de datos, agilidad, evitar demoras y dilaciones en los tr\u00e1mites, y en beneficio a la comunidad local.-
\n\u00a0<\/strong>
\nPOR TODO LO EXPUESTO, EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO, EN USO DE LAS ATRIBUCIONES Y FACULTADES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA \u00a0SIGUIENTE:<\/strong>
