ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1271-HCD-2011.-<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\nVISTO:<\/u><\/strong>
\nLa Ordenanza N\u00ba 1252-HCD-2011que establece la Revisi\u00f3n de toda la Legislaci\u00f3n vigente del Municipio de Villa de Merlo; y
\n\u00a0<\/strong>
\nCONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong>
\n 
\nQue en el proceso de revisi\u00f3n de Ordenanzas se analiz\u00f3 y decidi\u00f3 RATIFICAR un lote de Ordenanzas incluidas en las Ordenanzas N\u00ba\u00a0 1264-HCD-11, 1265-HCD-11, 1266-HCD-11, 1267-HCD-11, 1268-HCD-11, 1269-HCD-11, y que para una correcta organizaci\u00f3n es necesario su reagrupaci\u00f3n y renumeraci\u00f3n; y
\n 
\nPOR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE VILLA DE MERLO EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY,\u00a0 SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong>

O R D E N A N Z A<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

 
\n\u00a0ART. 1\u00ba:\u00a0<\/strong>Disponer, que la totalidad de las Ordenanzas vigentes al momento de la sanci\u00f3n de la presente, se clasificar\u00e1n tem\u00e1ticamente y se renumerar\u00e1n correlativamente, bajo las siguientes pautas:
\n 
\nUn n\u00famero romano que refiere al tema principal;
\nUn n\u00famero ar\u00e1bigo de cuatro cifras que ser\u00e1 correlativo, inici\u00e1ndose con el n\u00famero 0001;
\nUn n\u00famero ar\u00e1bigo de cuatro cifras correspondiente al a\u00f1o de sanci\u00f3n;
\nY entre par\u00e9ntesis el n\u00famero de la ordenanza vigente hasta la sanci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta.
\nCada uno de ellos separados por un gui\u00f3n.

\nART. 3\u00ba:\u00a0<\/strong>En los casos de las Ordenanzas anuales de: presupuesto, impositivas, y toda otra que se reitere anualmente, se deber\u00e1 mantener la misma numeraci\u00f3n romana y ar\u00e1biga, diferenci\u00e1ndose solo con el correspondiente a\u00f1o de sanci\u00f3n.
\nART. 4\u00ba:\u00a0<\/strong>Resolver que las \u00fanicas ordenanzas vigentes al d\u00eda de la sanci\u00f3n de la presente son las enumeradas en el Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba de \u00e9sta norma. Las que deber\u00e1n ser publicadas en un Digesto.
\nART. 5\u00ba:\u00a0<\/strong>La presente Ordenanza una vez promulgada ser\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n renumerada y ordenada conforme lo establecido precedentemente.-
