y<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nQue en el proceso de revisi\u00f3n de Ordenanzas se analiz\u00f3 y decidi\u00f3 RATIFICAR, elaborar TEXTOS ORDENADOS Y DEROGAR por OBJETO CUMPLIDO un lote de Ordenanzas pertenecientes a los ejes tem\u00e1ticos de <strong>CODIGO DE EDIFICACION, CODIGO DE ZONIFICACION, EXCEPCIONES, NOMENCLATURA, CALLES Y PARQUE INDUSTRIAL<\/strong> que se detallan a continuaci\u00f3n, en el articulado de la presente norma.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>POR TODO LO EXPUESTO, ESTE HONORABLE CONCEJO\u00a0 DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE VILLA DE MERLO EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY,\u00a0 SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>O R D E N A N Z A<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ART. 1\u00ba: RATIFICAR<\/strong> en el marco de la Ordenanza N\u00ba 1252-HCD-2011, las siguientes Ordenanzas:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>CODIGO EDIFICACION:<\/u><\/strong> 165-HCD-78;
