{"id":1450,"date":"2016-05-17T13:43:33","date_gmt":"2016-05-17T16:43:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com.ar.j8a.com.ar\/?p=1450"},"modified":"2021-11-26T11:16:04","modified_gmt":"2021-11-26T14:16:04","slug":"suprime-retiros-fondo-zona-central-modifica-ord-744","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hcdvillademerlo.com\/index.php\/2016\/05\/17\/suprime-retiros-fondo-zona-central-modifica-ord-744\/","title":{"rendered":"SUPRIME RETIROS FONDO ZONA CENTRAL- MODIFICA ORD. 744"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Villa de Merlo (San Luis), 02 de Marzo \u00a0de 2010.-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><u>ORDENANZA N\u00ba 1195-HCD-2010<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong><u>VISTO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\nLa Ordenanza N\u00ba 744-HCD-2000, y sus modificatorias; y:<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><u>CONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\nQue la precitada norma legal en su Punto 5.- INDICADORES URBANISTICOS \u2013 ZONA CENTRAL, PUNTO C: RETIROS, exige como Retiro de Fondo: 6 m (seis metros), dejando los dem\u00e1s retiros (frente, un lateral y bilateral), en blanco.-<br \/>\nQue en la planilla anexa a dicha Ordenanza los retiros de fondo figuran sin indicar dimensi\u00f3n de superficie alguna, lo que ha generado y provoca confusiones y criterios dispares en la Secretar\u00eda de Planeamiento Municipal.-<br \/>\nQue resulta conveniente entonces adecuar ambos compo-nentes (norma y planilla anexa) a los efectos de transparentar \u00e9sta situaci\u00f3n y facilitar la tarea de dicha Area Municipal.-<br \/>\nQue se debe tener en cuenta que la superficie que los propietarios deben dejar libre, lo mismo queda especificada en los INDICES correspondientes.-<br \/>\nQue \u00a0por todo ello se dispone dictar la presente, en los t\u00e9rminos que siguen, luego de haberse llegado a un acuerdo en este Concejo.-<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>POR TODO ELLO EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD\u00a0 VILLA DE MERLO, SAN LUIS, EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, SANCIONA LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ORDENANZA<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong><u>ART. 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong><strong>: SUPRIMIR, <\/strong>en la Ordenanza N\u00ba 744-HCD-2000, Punto 5.
