\nVISTO<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>
\n\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0El Proyecto presentado por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, contemplado en el Presupuesto Anual Municipal \u2013A\u00f1o 2009-, y:<\/span>
\n 
\nCONSIDERANDO<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>
\n\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Que el mismo prev\u00e9 la creaci\u00f3n de varios Fondos Municipales, entre ellos el asignado a la atenci\u00f3n primaria de la salud, de educaci\u00f3n, de turismo, de obra p\u00fablica, todo ello a los efectos de darle un orden dentro de la legislaci\u00f3n local vigente.-
\nQue uno de los aspectos de mayor relevancia contemplados en la nueva legislaci\u00f3n mencionada, consiste en el incentivo a la educaci\u00f3n, tanto en lo que hace a la capacitaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de establecimientos educativos municipales.-
\nQue habi\u00e9ndose conclu\u00eddo su tratamiento, se dispone su aprobaci\u00f3n.-

\nPOR TODO ELLO\u00a0 EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD VILLA DE MERLO (S.L.) EN USO DE SUS ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, PRODUCE LA SIGUIENTE:<\/strong>

O R D E N A N Z A<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>
\nARTICULO 1\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: CREASE,<\/strong> el Fondo Municipal destinado a la EDUCACION<\/strong> (con los alcances explicitados en los considerandos), a partir de la fecha de sanci\u00f3n de la presente, el que consistir\u00e1 en las al\u00edcuotas que se detallan en el Art\u00edculo subsiguiente.-
\nARTICULO 2\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 <\/strong>La determinaci\u00f3n de dicho Fondo destinado a EDUCACION es la siguiente:

\nARTICULO 3\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>La asignaci\u00f3n de dichos fondos, ser\u00e1 otorgada a los interesados, (particulares id\u00f3neos, profesionales, O.N.G.s, Entidades Intermedias, etc), que presenten proyectos referidos a los temas de salud, educaci\u00f3n vial, medio ambiente y turismo.-
\n\u00a0<\/strong>ARTICULO 4\u00ba<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>Los proyectos deber\u00e1n ser presentados ante el D.E.M. hasta el d\u00eda 30 de Marzo de cada a\u00f1o.-
